📝 Spotter's notes

Midway airport is named after the battle of Midway during World War II. Inside there is an area that describes the battle, and hanging from the ceiling is this SBD. My understanding is this particular aircraft was found at the bottom of Lake Michigan, where it had crashed during pilot carrier qualifications.
